One of the questions we get a lot is, how do you sell value?

As accountants, this goes against everything we know.  It’s easy for us to build cost structures that allow us to know exactly what to charge.  Yet this inevitably get’s us into trouble as you get boxed into a corner with your clients because you can’t bill for every little meeting.

What if instead you knew what you were delivering to the client and could bill based on that?  Do you know what you are worth?  Do you know the value of your company and what you are delivering everyday?
